Your Team in Tunisia becomes the legal employer of your Tunisian staff: we manage contracts, payroll, social contributions and compliance. You retain full operational management of your team.
Once the agreement is signed and the candidate identified, onboarding takes less than 7 business days. This includes drafting the employment contract, registering with social services, and setting up payroll.
No. That is precisely the advantage of the EOR model. Your Team in Tunisia acts as the legal employer on your behalf. You have no legal entity, no permanent establishment, and no administrative burden in Tunisia.
Our clients save between 30% and 50% compared to an equivalent hire in France, Belgium or the UK — including our EOR fees. The savings come from lower salary levels in Tunisia and more competitive social contribution rates.
You do. Your Team in Tunisia is the legal employer but you are fully in charge of day-to-day operations, tasks, objectives and performance management. We handle HR administration in the background.
All types of profiles: developers, accountants, architects, payroll specialists, QA engineers, medical secretaries, back-office staff, customer service agents and more. Tunisia has a strong pool of bilingual (French/English) graduates in technical and service fields.
Pricing is profile-based and provided in a personalised quote within 24 hours. Billing is monthly, in euros, and VAT-exempt. YTT also offers one free week at the start to cover the onboarding ramp-up period. Request your quote →
No. The YTT contract has no mandatory minimum duration. You can terminate by a simple email:
- Under 6 months: no notice required, you pay the current month
- Over 6 months: a 3-month notice period applies
Before any assignment, you meet the candidate via video interview and/or technical test — you choose your resource, we impose no one. If the collaboration does not work out within the first 6 months, you can end it with no notice.
The resource works under your operational responsibility: you assign tasks, set working hours (start between 8am and 9am Tunisia time) and handle daily follow-up — exactly like an in-house employee.
YTT only handles admin and HR (contract, salary, leave, social contributions). You can also organise remote or on-site training at our premises.
Yes. The YTT contract is fully compliant with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). We are contractually committed to not disclosing your information or identity. In case of dispute, the competent jurisdiction is the Paris Commercial Court.
English proficiency varies by profile and is assessed during the mandatory video interview before any assignment. You validate the candidate yourself — so you know exactly the language level you're getting before making any commitment.
